Sean Gross
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Co-Founder & CEO
Sean had the privilege of growing in up in Leavenworth, WA, working on his family's apple and pear orchard. He began his financial planning career in 1989, the same year he and his wife, Reggie, were married. Having raised all three of their children in the Leavenworth area, Sean and Reggie are delighted to now call Wenatchee home.
After 20 years in the financial planning industry, Sean founded Telos Wealth Management in 2007 with a unique objective: connecting life purpose with wealth.
Sean is passionate about his faith and family, and enjoys long-distance dual sport motorcycle riding, snow skiing, and cooking, while longing to become a better tennis player and fly fisherman. Fascinated with the character of great leaders, world history, and economics, his favorite books are historical biographies, non-fiction novels, and works by authors associated with the Austrian school of economics.
In addition, Sean is an enthusiastic member of his church, and a passionate supporter of law enforcement officers and veterans, and all who chose to put themselves in harms way to protect, serve, and promote peace in America. Sean is a Civil Service Commissioner for the City of Wenatchee Police Department, the past President of the Leavenworth Winter Sports Club, and co-founder of the former R12 Alliance, an association of Wenatchee Valley business professionals committed to the application of Biblical principles in their workplace and in their communities.
Reggie Gross
Co-Founder, CFO & Director of First Impressions
Reggie grew-up in Central California where her family had a third generation vineyard. Shortly after she married Sean, they fulfilled their dream and moved to Sean’s childhood stomping grounds in Washington and began starting their family. Never tiring of God's beautiful creation all around, Reggie never looked back! One year after moving to Washington, their first daughter, Devan, was born in 1992. Twenty months later, their son Connor was born. Twelve years later Trinity (Reggie's eight year old niece) became part of the Gross family.
Reggie worked in medical reception and administration in California and Washington until she had their children. Together, with Sean, they decided that home education was best suited for their family, so Reggie became a homemaker and homeschooled until Sean founded Telos. The timing couldn't have been better for her to step out and help her husband with details of the growing business.
When Reggie isn't standing by her man at home or the office, she enjoys traveling, gardening, thrift shopping (With the intention of making something beautiful from her finds!), and she also has a love of cooking for friends and family.
